Babaji’s Kriya Yoga Workshop – Saturday January 25th, 3:30 – 5 pm

2019

Come say farewell to Premashram in Toronto!

This will be my last program in this beautiful and hallowed space which has been my home for the last 15 years and a community space for the last 7.5 years.

We will participate in an yagna, an ancient and sacred yogic fire ceremony as a symbol of purification, opening to the new, and for creating a sacred space within oneself.

This program will feature the ceremony above, intention setting for ourselves, our community, and our world and we will close with a meditation followed by food and chai.

Historically donations collected at Premashram programs were split between a local charity and going back into running the space. Since this is the final program in this space, I have decided to donate 100% of all donations received to several local charities dedicated to supporting the homeless.

I have a private benefactor who will match all donations made dollar for dollar so I’m hopeful that we raise enough funds to make a positive impression for those in need of hope. Given my sense of homelessness over the past 6 months, I couldn’t imagine not trying to alleviate this issue for others in a dignified way.

Creating Sacred Space and Urban Ashrams

with Premadasa and Darren Austin Hall

Thursday February 22, 2018

7:30-9:30 pm

What exactly is an ashram? What is the meaning of sacred space?

An ashram simply is any location where spiritual information/discourse/practice is offered in aid of one’s spiritual unfoldment toward realization of the Self. Sacred space is simply any location where one feels a connection to Source.

Both an ashram and sacred space thrive on the aspect of creating spiritual community whether in nature or with one another in a group or sangha as it is known. The aim is on deeper self-awareness.

A practice which is well-intentioned or rather heart-centered is a primary factor in creating a spiritual foundation. Practicing in the same space consistently creates a spiritual charge or vortex which encourages one to take their practice deeper on personal, emotional, and spiritual levels while serving as a beacon of inspiration for others to do the same.

Premadasa and Darren Austin Hall invite you to come to Premashram as we endeavour to create, demonstrate, and celebrate your Self and the community in which you belong!

Their goal is to show and share how to develop a truly heart-opening space for you to go deeper into your practice. Learn how to create your sacred space or ashram and share what you are already doing in order to support a positive growing spiritual community. It’s time to rise and give a lift to others in any way we can manage.

If sound healing combined with meditations, kriyas, pranayamas, and spiritual discourse appeals to you, please come & lend your Self to this rare event.

An Introduction Class to Access Consciousness ® & Access Bars ® – An Invitation to MORE Possibilities

rJune 6 4

Please come to Premashram where I will be hosting my friend, Linda Racicot as she provides the opportunity to experience some of the tools that Access Consciousness® is known for regarding how we can positively affect change in our lives.

Access Consciousness® and Access Bars® was founded more than 30 years ago in the USA by Gary Douglas who started to use questions to explore how he could create more in his life. He also channeled the 32 points called the Bars.

This will be opportunity to experience some of the Bars® and be introduced to some fun tools that could change everything for you. Are you ready for some change?

Is there an area in your life where the energy does not seem to be flowing? The Bars® touch on the points: Body, Sexuality, Money, Creativity, Control, Aging and more.

Would you like to have more ease in your world?

Is this what you have been looking for? The possibilities are endless. Is now the time?

What is Access Consciousness?

Access Consciousness® is an approach with a set of simple techniques, tools and processes to guide you to tap into your awareness and intuition to empower you to make choices, release the energy blocks and limitations that hold you back from creating the life that you desire. Each one of us is unique and has gifts and capacities to offer the world, yet we all learn from very early on in life to fit it, compare ourselves to others, compete, make ourselves wrong for not measuring up to expectations and equalizing who we are in order to be accepted.

What I love most about Access is that this approach does NOT provide answers but empowers you with tools and processes to know what you know to be true for you. You do not need to understand, analyze or fix anything about you. It is about acknowledging, releasing and choosing something different.

A little about Linda:

Linda has traveled the world on a journey of expansion, transformation and awareness.

Throughout her life she has been educated as a Spiritual Psychotherapist, a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and an Access Consciousness Bars® Facilitator. She had a very successful career as a Financial Analyst and Training coordinator for a large Communications Company for over 25 years.

Transformation, question, and the facilitation and teaching of many teachers have brought Linda to a new space of awareness which she is excited to invite others to.

Consciousness, Fun, Ease and Joy is the focus.

Monday, June 6, 2016 at Premashram.

We are offering two sessions to appeal either to the day-timers and night-timers, or both for all-the-timers: 1-4 pm and 6-9.

Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle. $35 per session or $60 for both.

Contact: premadasa@playuyoga.com or linda@lindaracicot.com for further details.
